J. Holtz Furniture specializes in working with customers to create unique pieces of furniture. I find the commission process enjoyable, as do most of my customers. There is an initial consultation where we discuss ideas, function, and general aesthetics. Next I present several sketches and get a sense of which direction to proceed.
